It is asked of my clients to notify me 24 hours in advance if a cancellation or changes are necessary. If this 24-hour period is not met, another client missed the opportunity of an opening for them. For this inconvenience, if you miss your appointment or cancel after the 24-hour period, a charge will still be applied for the service you were scheduled for. I will be charging 50% of the price of the service that was scheduled for you. I am understanding in the fact that emergencies do occur. In the instance that you couldn’t make your appointment or were not in the position to be able to get in contact with us due to an emergency, no charge will take place.

 

If you are experiencing any serious symptoms 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, such as, fever, vomiting, diarrhea or any contagious or infectious symptoms, I recommend rescheduling your appointment for the health and safety of both you and I.

 

If a late arrival to your appointment occurs, the same end time of your session will remain unless time after your session allows. Even if your time is shortened due to a late arrival, the fee will remain as stated.
